Wrapping Up 2024

As 2024 comes to a close, let us look back at how Acienda has grown in 2024.

We opened 12 outlets, two pop-ups, and six food options.

In the first quarter, the following outlets opened: Take It, Lavelier, and Jockey. Take It is a hardware outlet selling discounted home improvement products; Lavelier is a beauty clinic; and Jockey is a retailer of underwear, sleepwear, and sportswear for men, women, and children.

In the second quarter, the following outlets reopened and relocated: OshKosh and Mad About Shoes. Both relocated to the lower ground floor, north wing. OshKosh is an outlet for kidswear; and Mad About Shoes offers Melissa, Mini Melissa, and Zaxy products.

In the third quarter, the following outlets opened: Fashion Shoes Warehouse, The Body Shop, and Converse. Fashion Shoes Warehouse is a multi-brand outlet that houses FitFlop, Hoka, Bata, Teva, and more footwear brands; The Body Shop is an outlet that offers vegan skincare and makeup products; and Converse is an outlet that offers footwear for as low as PHP800.

And in the fourth quarter, the following outlets opened: U.S. Polo Assn., Skechers, 7LUXE (2), and Givano. U.S Polo Assn. is an outlet that carries classy casuals at affordable price; Skechers is an outlet that occupies 3 units in the east wing and offers a variety of footwear types for different types of feet; 7LUXE had their second outlet opened at the lower ground floor, south wing; and Givano is an outlet store that offers Gibi and Florsheim footwear for as low as PHP500.

During the fourth quarter, two pop-up stores also opened in Acienda: ANTA, and Lee x Wrangler. ANTA opened their pop-up store at the lower ground floor, south wing, beside The Sports Warehouse; and Lee x Wrangler opened their joint pop-up store across The Sports Warehouse.

For food, we have a few additional options: Snackin Food Stall, Munchies Ilocos Empanada, Army Navy, Chowking, Pepa Wings, and Jafei Wow Inasal. All of them can be found in the Acienda Foodcourt except Army Navy which is located beside Shell Gas Station.
