Rev Up for 6 years: Anniversary Raffle Promo

Yoohoo! Acienda is turning six this October 2024!

For our sixth anniversary, we partnered with Kymco Philippines to give you a chance to win a new Kymco Super 8 150. Join through the Acienda Rewards App that’s downloadable on the App Store and Google Play. You can drop your entries in the mall admin office from August 15-October 20, 2024.

Please read the mechanics for more information:

Mechanics:

1. Exclusively open to all Acienda Rewards App users. Customers can download Acienda Rewards App on Apple Store or Google Play in order to join.

2. Acienda Rewards App users can earn 1 point for every Php 1,000 minimum worth of single receipt at Acienda Designer Outlet. Acienda Rewards App users can earn a maximum of 50pts. per day regardless of the amount of the receipt/s. (equivalent to a maximum of Php50,000 worth of purchase or receipts from Acienda Designer Outlet). All remainder will be forfeited.

3. All used receipts for points redemption will be stamped and marked “REDEEMED” by our Customer Service Representative and will no longer be valid for earning of Acienda Rewards points.

4. Acienda Rewards App users must present VALID receipts from the qualified retail and restaurants of Acienda Designer Outlet in order to convert them to points. Qualified merchants are only permanent stores and restaurants of Acienda Designer Outlet.
Food Kiosks and Bazaars are not included. See list of qualified retail and restaurants of Acienda Designer Outlet.

5. Receipts are only valid within 7 days of purchase on the date of joining the raffle promo.

6. The Acienda Rewards App user needs 20pts. (or equivalent to Php20,000 worth of receipts) in order to join the Acienda 6th Anniversary KYMCO Raffle 2024 promo. 20pts. in Acienda Rewards app = 1 Raffle Entry

7. Acienda Rewards App users may join several times during the raffle promo period (August 15 – October 20, 2024) without limit on raffle entries as long as the required points are provided.

8. The Acienda Rewards App users must click the ACIENDA ANNIVERSARY RAFFLE tab on the Rewards app in order to join. Once redeemed, the customer must present the app to the Customer Service Representative for verification. Once verified, the customer will be asked to fill out the raffle stub completely with complete address, valid contact number, email address, signature and put it on our raffle drop box located at the Customer Service, Lower Ground Floor, South Wing of Acienda Designer Outlet.

9. Acienda Designer Outlet, together with a DTI Representative will draw the winners during the 6th Anniversary Event of Acienda at the West Plaza of Acienda Designer Outlet on October 26, 2024. Presence of the joining customers is not required.

10. Winners will be notified through the information they have provided in the raffle stub.Failure to provide correct, accurate and active mobile number, and email address and full name as stated on its valid ID may result to disqualification.

11. Incomplete and invalid raffle stubs will be disqualified.

12. All winners will be announced on our official Facebook page (@aciendadesigneroutlet) and Acienda Viber Community. Participation in the raffle shall be considered as the participant’s consent to the use of their personal information for posting on Acienda’s social media pages, Viber Community and website portal for the announcement of

13. Claiming of prizes is only until 60 days from receipt of the notification. Winners should respond to the notication via text or email. All unclaimed prizes after the 60-day period upon approval of DTI, will be forfeited.

14. Winners must personally claim their prizes and must present a valid ID upon claiming of prizes. Only the registered user or winner can claim the prizes.

a. The motorcycle unit prize must be claimed at KYMCO Philippines Inc. Nissan Technopark Barangay Pulong, Sta. Cruz, Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines.
All negotiations, transactions and coordination regarding the motorcycle prize would be between the Grand Prize Winner and KYMCO Philippines Inc. only.

b. While the two (2) Minor Prizes must be claimed at the Admin Office of Acienda Designer Outlet at KM 48 Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Lalaan 1, Silang, Cavite

15. The Minor Prizes are not transferrable and not convertible to cash.

16. Grand Prize of 1 brand new KYMCO Super 8 150 Motorcycle unit is transferable but not convertible to cash. The KYMCO winner shall shoulder the LTO registration, insurance, freight (if applicable), transfer of title, logistics, and other related expenses.

17. KYMCO Philippines Incorporated will only shoulder the prize tax.

18. We will draw 3 winners on October 26, 2024 to win different prizes. Prizes allocation will depend on the order of the draw: MINOR PRIZE A, MINOR PRIZE B then last is the Grand Prize.

19. Winners cannot choose a prize or exchange it with other item or color or sizes or brand.

20. Sizes, model/ design, and color of the motorcycle unit, shoes and merchandise are limited and pre-selected and cannot be exchanged with a different one.

21. Winners of an overnight stay at Stellar Potter’s Ridge must follow the terms & conditions of Astoria Hotel and Stellar Potter’s Ridge. Bookings are subject to prior reservation. Airfare and transportation are NOT included.

22. Winners can only be drawn once and win once. If drawn more than once, the prize with higher value will be awarded and will draw again for his/her replacement.

23. Employees of Acienda Designer Outlet and affiliates (Caserta Commercial Inc, Cathay Land Inc. and its tenants or merchants) are disqualified from joining the promo.
