We have access for PWDs and we have available wheelchairs for FREE. Kindly inform the guards of your needs so you can be assisted.

Credit Card and Installments

Our stores accept any major credit card. Installment offers vary from store to store. Please ask the store clerk for more information.

Domesticated Pets (Responsible Pet Owners)

DLSR Use

You may take as many photos or selfies as you like with your friends and family! We’d appreciate it if you use the official #MyAcienda hashtag on social media. Please be advised though that the use of DSLR is accepted for personal purposes only. Any shoots for schools, universities, organizations, commercial, companies are subject for approval of the Management. Please go to the Admin Office to secure permit.

Photo and Video Shoots

Leasing

You may send your Letter of Intent along with your Company Profile and sample photos to ADO_leasing@aciendadesigneroutlet.com.

Duration of Sale

All our stores offer discounts up to 80% off on all items, all year round because Acienda is a true outlet mall.

Changing Item Size

Please visit the store to check. Make sure to bring your official receipt. It will depend on the stock and size availability.

Grocery and Cinema

As Acienda is an outlet mall, we don’t have a supermarket or a cinema. However, we do have brands that offer great deals and finds for you!

Where is Acienda Designer Outlet located?

We are located in KM. 48, Aguinaldo Highway, Silang, Cavite, Philippines.

How do we get to Acienda Designer Outlet?

By car, you may take South Luzon Expressway and exit to Southwoods, Carmona or Sta. Rosa or you may take Aguinaldo Highway. We’re conveniently located right beside the highway. Here are our Waze and Google Maps links for driving directions.



By commute, you may take a bus going to the Tagaytay route and drop off at Acienda Designer Outlet.

What is an “Outlet” concept mall?

An “Outlet” mall offers discounts on items that are last season’s stock. We basically offer discounts all year round!

Yes! We do have free wifi at the mall.

Where can I park my car at Acienda Designer Outlet?

We have 2 main parking spaces within our mall area with more than 1,000 slots. There’s ample space for everybody!
